- 10+ years of experience in Bakery & Pastry
- Minimum of 3 years in a Bakery Manager role

- Excellent technical knowledge of bakery operations
- Experience in quality assurance
- Strong skills in inventory and cost control
- Experience in customer experience management
- Financial management and budgeting experience
- Team leadership and supervision
- Strong and confident personality
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in cost management
- Very good command of the English language
